Ankura provides therapy for children who come from the low economic background. Your contribution will subsidize therapy for these children and help their families. To-date we have worked with over 500 such children.

Volunteer

Volunteering with us offers the chance to give something back to the community or make a difference to the people around them. It also provides an opportunity to develop new skills or build on your existing experience and knowledge.

Volunteers are not required to have prior experience but we do require them to be dedicated, committed and efficient. Some of the volunteering opportunities are:

• Lego club: shadow and facilitate children who build Lego sets
• Fun dates on the mobile Lego Library (work with Govt school children and help in their creativity)
• Prepare intervention materials that will benefit special children

Intern

An internship is an essential step to launching your career.

Ankura offers internship opportunities all year long. This is an excellent opportunity for school and college going students as they will experience inclusion, empathy and a lot of fun. Internship opportunities include the development of teaching aids, resource and knowledge library, working with children, digital & social media integration, case studies and a lot more.

An internship can vary from 1 – 6 months.

Corporate Engagement

Engaged employees are more invested in the success of the company and they also become more loyal. Engaged employees perform at a higher level and bring passion and interest to their job, which often leads to innovation in the workplace.

Ankura also provides several Employee engagement opportunities for corporates. These could include some of the following.

• Government school – engage with children in Lego building sessions that enhance their creativity
• Participate in the TCS10K with Ankura as a team to strengthen the team / for team bonding – good for new project teams or stale teams
• Help build resources for special children
• Help in the creation of alternative learning resources for special children
